Shame on you Scholes....

It's 2:12 am as i sit here dejected at Manchester United's performance aainst Zenit in the the Super Cup. A game they looked like they wanted to win after 85 mins were up. Totally out classed in a sport we have come to dominate in recent years. It was like as if they were hockey players thrown into a football match and that too a Super Cup Final. After 85 minutes desperation set in and what came after that was something an England International should have known better. Paul Scholes punched the ball ala Diego Maradona style into the Zenit net. I was shocked, ashamed, dejected and just couldn't believe it. A straight red card. If i write any more on the incedent I'll need anti-depressant tablets to recover. So I'll stop. It's almost the end of the transfer season and i've been sayin all along we need an out and out striker. After Ruud Van Nistelrooy was sold to Real Madrid we dont have anyone with the hunger to score. Does this mean we have to depend on C.Ronaldo? I've been a Klaas-Jan Huntelaar for the last 2 years and have followed his progress at Ajax. We need to buy Huntelaar. A striker hungry to score goals. But all said and done, Fergie we trust you. It's just the start of the season. Long way up to May 2009 and if there's anyone who knows better it's Sir Alex Ferguson himself.
United for life!

Drink and Drive, Dont Drink and Dance. Bangalooru's new funda

Nothing's wrong with your eyesight, the title of my blog reads just fine. This is what is bangaluru's new funda. Do not drink and dance. After shutting clubs and pubs at 11:30 pm it's now come to this, NO Dancing. I mean what are they thinkin? No Dancing? Are you serious???? Your supposed to drink and sit glued to your chair? Are we mourning something? oh yeah we are. The decision the government of bangalooru has taken. Absurd ain't the word. Whats the CM B S Yediyurappa and his council of ministers trying to do to bangalooru. Being portrayed as an IT hub with people from all walks of life settling into b'lore and then takin a step backwards is something that has left me clueless. People after a hard days work or over the weekends tend to and want to have fun and enjoy. And the best place to do it is with friends at a Club/Pub with Dj Ivan spinnin some wicked house tunes. Well i'm glad i'm a goan :-) The clubs are open till 3 or 4 am and we can drink (i dont drink is a different thing) or dance to our hearts content. I suggest all people from b'lore should come to Goa and have a blast. It's the place to be......
See you in sunny Goa
